Trilonium® is a premium cast iron cookware brand operated by M/s eKitchen Ventures, a proprietorship firm registered in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We sell our products through our website trilonium.com (the “Site”) as well as through online marketplaces, distributors, and retail stores.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you visit our Site, purchase our products, or contact us for support — wherever in the world you are located.

       Payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials)

       Pages visited, time spent, and links clicked

       Shopify — our e-commerce platform, for order processing and store analytics

       Razorpay — our payment gateway, for payment processing and fraud screening

       Google and Meta — for advertising campaign performance when you interact with our ads

       AiSensy and Meta AI for Business — for WhatsApp-based customer communication

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

       Process and fulfil your orders, and send you order confirmations and shipping updates

       Communicate with you about your purchases via email and WhatsApp

       Handle customer support queries and after-sales service

       Prevent fraud and screen orders for security

       Improve our Site’s performance and user experience through analytics

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects on you, except for Razorpay’s and Shopify’s standard fraud-screening tools.

       Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — payment processing, supporting cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and EMI

       Shipping and logistics partners — to deliver your orders

       Google LLC — for advertising and analytics

       Meta Platforms Inc. — for social media advertising and WhatsApp business communication

       AiSensy — for WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement automation

       Other third-party applications — we use additional Shopify-integrated apps for store functionality (such as reviews, loyalty, and performance tools). Each such provider operates under its own privacy policy and is permitted to use your data only to provide services to us.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority — including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, GST laws, and other applicable Indian or international regulations.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

       Marketing preferences: retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 10). Note that we may be required to retain certain records even after deletion requests to meet our legal obligations.

Our Site is operated from India. If you are accessing it from outside India, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in India and potentially in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and Ireland, where Shopify, Google, and Meta maintain infrastructure).
